    HSE Co-Ordinator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures across offshore vessels and marine operations
    • Conduct offshore vessel inspections, safety observations, and HSE audits
    • Monitor compliance with safe working practices on board vessels and at offshore locations
    • Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems
    • Coordinate HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, drills, and safety briefings for offshore crew

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environrnental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3—5 years' HSE experience, with strong offshore / marine exposure
    • Experience working with vessel crews and offshore operations is essential
    • Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent) are an advantage

    HR Business Partner

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support line managers with day-to-day
    • HR guidance on policies, procedures, and people issues
    • Support performance review cycles, documentation, and follow-ups
    • Assist managers with goal-setting and performance tracking
    • Assist with employee relations matters, adocumentation for grievances and disciplinary cases
    • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 2—4 years' HR experience in an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role
    • Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
    • Experience in marine logistics, maritime, offshore, or oil & gas environments is an added advantagenication skills

    Facility Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure full functionality and readiness of office spaces, utilities, and support services.
    • Oversee generator operations, servicing, fueling, and routine testing.
    • Coordinate routine and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
    • Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility and generator-related services.
    • Conduct regular facility inspections and promptly address defects.
    • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel front office.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Maintenance & Procurement Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Maintenance Coordinator Procurement & Logistics
    • Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities for vessels and related logistics assets Track maintenance schedules, defect reports, and work orders
    • Liaise with vessel crew, technical teams, shipyards, and service providers

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of BSc in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline
    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in maritime maintenance coordination, technical procurement, or logistics operations
    • Working knowledge of vessel maintenance systems and marine spare parts
    • Source, raise, and process purchase requisitions for vessel spare parts, tools, consumables, and technical services
    • Liaise with approved vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders
    • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels

    Crewing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Source, screen, and recruit qualified seafarers in line with vessel requirements.
    • Verify licenses, certifications, and competency documents.
    • Conduct interviews and reference checks.
    • Maintain an updated crew database.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
    • Maritime certifications or seafaring background is an added advantage.
    • 2—5 years experience in crewing, marine HR, or maritime operations.
    • Familiarity with STCW requirements and maritime labor laws.
