    Channel Sales Officer - Modern Trade

    The Job

    • Manage and develop FMN’s business in existing Modern Trade outlets in a defined territory .
    • Identify opportunities to expand our business relationship into selected local supermarkets in the territory
    • Negotiate and start business relationship with identified outlets
    • Manage all merchandisers deployed in existing national chain outlets and ensure that they are working according to the agreed procedures and delivering the results expected

    Qualification

    • 5 ‘O’ level credit including Mathematics and English in not more than 2 sitting
    • Bachelors Degree

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG sales in Nigeria

    The Job

    • Marketing Intelligence: Evaluation of market information and intelligence reports to enable customer and market profiling as well as to identify opportunities for growth, NPD/Innovation and to benchmark marketing activities of competition.

    National Sales Capability Manager

    The Job

    • Responsible for enabling the FMN Consumer (Traditional Trade, Modern Trade) and Food service business units to build core sales capabilities to deliver growth expectations and build a talent bench for the future
    • Ensure the execution of both on-the-job and classroom training interventions as defined in the sales capability plan
    • Establish performance metrics for each role in the Sales team (including distributor Sales staff) and continuously evaluate the organisation against these criteria
    • Evaluate and test competencies of the Sales force to identify skill gaps
    • Establish a Train the Trainer program for appropriate training interventions
    • Drive the transfer of Sales best practice across business units and Sales regions.

    The Job

    • Act as the link between Consumer Marketing and the field Sales team

    Sales Development Officer- Redistribution Dealer

    The Job

    • Responsible for managing and developing all aspects of FMN business relationship/Performance with one Redistribution Dealer(RD) to ensure KPI objectives are met
    • Manage the day-to-day interactions with the RD to achieve 100% of the agreed objectives
    • Manage the retail redistribution team and ensure all teams deliver against their monthly KPIs
    • Coach the RD redistribution team working closely with the Area Sales Capability Manager to ensure that all training is embedded in the daily ways of working and that the agreed SOP is being followed
    • Monitor competitive retail activity in the RD territory and reports any significant finding to line manager

    Category Trade Marketing Officer

    The Job

    • Responsible for developing/executing the annual Trade Marketing plan for a specific product category(ies) to deliver the company’s growth expectations for that category(ies)
    • Ensure that the brand plans/objectives are fully reflected in the Trade Marketing activities
    • Develop channel specific activities to exploit the particular opportunities identified for the assigned category(ies)
