    Director of Sales

    Basic Requirements / Person Specification

    • The ideal Candidate MUST be an expatriate
    • Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a senior manager, out of which 5 years must be in a similar position as Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing with any of the global hotel brands.
    • Current or previous work experience with any or some of the global hotel brands like: Radisson, Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Accor, Kempinski, Mövenpick is a major requirement.
    • The ideal candidate must be able to lead and coordinate the hotel’s annual sales plan.
    • He / she must be able to coordinate the hotel’s annual budget and monitor its implementation.

    Technical Program Manager (Capacity Management)

    About this offer

    In this role, you will help manage AI capacity across all of gaming including – coordinating demand planning and forecasting, managing capacity allocation and provisioning, and tracking utilization and spend. You will also support planning, execution and release for the gaming AI platform.

    • Serve as the go-to expert on AI capacity, staying up to speed on Azure AI capacity offerings and processes, and advising internal teams on the best-fit approach for their needs.
    • Develop guidance and frameworks to help internal customers assess, calculate, and forecast their AI capacity needs, enabling consistent and scalable planning across teams. Create and maintain onboarding materials and documentation that guide teams through capacity processes, tools, and workflows.
    • Partner directly with internal customers to gather detailed capacity requirements, translate them into requests for Azure Capacity, and manage the end-to-end request and allocation process.
    • Partner closely with finance teams to validate budgets, track capacity utilization and spend, and ensure accurate cross-charging and financial accountability for all internal customers.
    • Act as a cross-functional liaison across Gaming and Azure, ensuring alignment between engineering, finance, and business planning teams.
    • Support TPM responsibilities for the broader gaming AI platform. Supporting planning and coordinating execution across different projects.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree AND 3+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management OR equivalent experience
    • Hands-on experience with Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms) and TPM tools (e.g., ADO, Aha!, Confluence).
    • Detail oriented and experience managing cross-team and cross-functional projects.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating clear and high-quality documentation.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Azure capacity management a plus.

    Hotel Manager

    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identification and Prospecting of Brokers and Clients
    • Identify brokers likely to distribute APRIL International's individual and group products in the Nigerian market.
    • Prospect potential clients in Nigeria interested in APRIL International's individual and group products.

    Management and Follow-up of Business Opportunities

    • Ensure the timely follow-up of incoming leads for individual or corporate products.
    • Draft, enrich, and optimize reports on ongoing business opportunities.
    • Maintain proper reporting of commercial activity, prospect activities, and broker management.
    • Account management and monitoring of existing accounts
    • Keep an updated Salesforce CRM at all times.
    • Commercial Activation and Product Launches
    • Organize and lead key commercial activities: launch and promotion of new offers, both standard and tailor-made.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of tailor-made solutions, in collaboration with APRIL International's Marketing and Actuarial teams, where market potential allows.

    Broker support

    • Regularly visit and animate key producers
    • Establish a training / support plan to increase lead generation and lead transformation of all intermediaries
    • Actively offer and run training sessions to the intermediary market

    Collection and Analysis of Feedback

    • Ensure a structured collection of client feedback and maintain active competitive monitoring.
    • Communicate relevant information to stakeholders to optimize APRIL's product positioning.
    • When required, produce detailed reports on activity and lead task force to evolve the local value proposition and enhance local client servicing experience

    Performance and Quality Management

    • Implement and monitor performance and quality indicators.
    • Guarantee the sustainability of client portfolios.
    • Proactively manage client renewals and ensure a high renewal rate on the Nigerian portfolio

    Insurer relationships

    • Develop and cultivate a strong relationship with the insurance partners in the national market across all stakeholders
    • Act as a first point of contact for the local partners and represent April International in the market

    Skills and Qualifications Required

    Technical Skills

    • Expertise in business management and market development.
    • Proficiency in competitive analysis and client feedback management.
    • Mastery of performance and quality indicators.
    • Experience in maintaining and utilizing CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.

    Behavioral Skills

    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong multicultural skills.
    • Independent and resourceful mindset.

    Qualifications

    • Good knowledge of the Nigerian international health insurance market and its key players.
    • Fluent in English
    • Willingness to travel for training to the head office in Paris, France (at least once per year).
    • Reporting Line: Reports to the Head of International Markets, based in Paris, France.
