Hotel Manager at Aldelia Limited

Basic Requirements / Person Specification

• The ideal Candidate MUST be an expatriate from EUROPE or SOUTH AFRICA.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a senior manager, out of which 5 years must be in a similar position as Operations Manager or Director of Operations or Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager with any of the global hotel brands.
• Current or previous work experience with any or some of the global hotel brands like: Radisson, Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Accor, Kempinski, Mövenpick is a major requirement.
• The ideal candidate must be able to lead and coordinate the hotel’s operations and the annual sales and marketing plan.
• He / she must be able to coordinate the hotel’s annual budget and monitor its implementation.
• Experience on the African continent will be an added advantage, etc
