The ideal Candidate MUST be an expatriate from EUROPE or SOUTH AFRICA.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a senior manager, out of which 5 years must be in a similar position as Operations Manager or Director of Operations or Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager with any of the global hotel brands.
Current or previous work experience with any or some of the global hotel brands like: Radisson, Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Accor, Kempinski, Mövenpick is a major requirement.
The ideal candidate must be able to lead and coordinate the hotel’s operations and the annual sales and marketing plan.
He / she must be able to coordinate the hotel’s annual budget and monitor its implementation.
Experience on the African continent will be an added advantage, etc
