    Account Management Specialist

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Oversee the management of all outsourced employees, including payroll processing, contract management, and performance evaluations.
    • Act as the main point of contact for our outsourced partners, maintaining regular communication to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
    • Monitor and track the performance of outsourced employees, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between outsourced services and business objectives.
    • Manage all recruitment accounts, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and budgeting.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of outsourced operations.
    • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all outsourced activities.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of outsourced operations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to outsourced management and recruitment.

    HR Officer

    What you’ll be doing

    • Conduct quarterly employee engagements to gather feedback and assess employee satisfaction levels.
    • Work towards filling pending roles within the first 2 months by coordinating recruitment efforts and conducting thorough candidate assessments.
    • Conduct a manpower assessment within the first month to evaluate staffing needs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate bi-yearly staff appraisals to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
    • Develop and implement employee career planning initiatives to support professional growth and advancement.
    • Devise strategies to reduce employee turnover rates and enhance employee retention.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to identify, nurture, and retain top talent.
    • Establish and oversee a comprehensive employee wellness program to promote employee health and well-being.
