    Inventory / Warehouse Manager

    Summary

    • Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory / Warehouse Officer to manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations across its locations.

    Role Overview

    • The Inventory / Warehouse Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock quality, optimizing warehouse organization, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements
    • Receive and verify incoming stock and resolve discrepancies
    • Conduct routine stock audits and annual stock counts
    • Monitor stock levels, shelf life, and stock rotation
    • Report obsolete or slow-moving inventory
    • Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and easy access
    • Generate inventory reports and support demand planning
    • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse operations
    • Experience using inventory management or stock tracking software
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication and coordination skills.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.

    Sales Supervisor

    Role Overview

    • Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead retail sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer service across its outlets.
    • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving sales targets, supervising daily store operations, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in retail sales supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
    • ⁠Supervise, train, and motivate retail sales staff to ensure smooth daily operationsEnsure team members are informed about new products, pricing, and promotions
    • ⁠Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
    • Assist with sourcing and onboarding local vendors
    • Use sales tracking tools to monitor performance and generate reports
    • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
    • Coordinate bulk SMS communication to improve customer engagement
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences

    Requirements
    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales supervision, retail management, or a similar role
    • Proven experience in customer service, sales operations, and team coordination
    • Track record of managing sales performance and driving revenue growth

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and inventory management
    • Proven ability to drive sales performance and analyze data
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
    • ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
    • Results-driven with high levels of professionalism and integrity

    Salary
    N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
