    Inventory Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Inventory Manager, you will oversee warehouse and inventory operations including loading, offloading, ERP transactions, and cold room management while ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, stock accuracy, and cold chain integrity in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee loading and offloading operations while ensuring proper stock handling and space utilization
    • Manage inventory processes using ERP systems, ensuring accurate stock records and real-time updates
    • Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain cold chain standards
    • Supervise warehouse teams and coordinate with operations to ensure efficient inventory flow
    • Monitor stock counts, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and ISO standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 7 years experience in inventory or warehouse management within FMCG (preferably frozen products)
    • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle or similar)
    • Solid knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and cold chain management
    • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (CILT, CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage

    • As the Cooling Systems Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining truck-mounted refrigeration systems to ensure cold chain integrity, minimize downtime, and improve maintenance efficiency across the fleet.

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and repair faults in truck-mounted refrigeration systems (Thermo King, Carrier, or similar)
    • Perform preventive maintenance on cooling units including compressors, condensers, and refrigerant systems
    • Handle refrigerants (R404A, R134a) including leak detection, gas charging, and system servicing
    • Monitor cooling system performance to ensure temperature compliance and reduce downtime
    • Maintain service records, report recurring issues, and support spare parts planning

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in mobile refrigeration or transport cooling systems
    • Strong hands-on experience with truck refrigeration systems (Thermo King, Carrier, or equivalent)
    • Technical certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
    • Solid knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigerant handling
    • Experience in FMCG, cold chain logistics, or transport refrigeration environments is highly preferred
