As the IT Support Officer, you will provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of systems, devices, and network infrastructure, enabling seamless digital marketing operations and team productivity.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and internet connectivity
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime for business operations
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security protocols
Maintain IT documentation and support system upgrades or improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or technical support roles
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
