Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth coordination of activities
Handle client inquiries, orders, and complaints while ensuring excellent customer experience
Oversee administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and office coordination
Monitor stock levels, showroom organization, and product display standards
Support management with operational reporting and implementation of business processes
Requirements
Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, customer service, or retail administration roles
Professional certification in Operations Management or Customer Service is an advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
