As the Inventory Manager, you will oversee warehouse and inventory operations including loading, offloading, ERP transactions, and cold room management while ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, stock accuracy, and cold chain integrity in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee loading and offloading operations while ensuring proper stock handling and space utilization
Manage inventory processes using ERP systems, ensuring accurate stock records and real-time updates
Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain cold chain standards
Supervise warehouse teams and coordinate with operations to ensure efficient inventory flow
Monitor stock counts, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and ISO standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 7 years experience in inventory or warehouse management within FMCG (preferably frozen products)
Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle or similar)
Solid knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and cold chain management
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (CILT, CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage
