    Inventory Audit Supervisor

    Inventory Supervisor is responsible for implementing set controls over inventory across multiple locations.

    • Ensure compliance to laid down inventory procedures across all cinema sites
    • Record and track stock levels using retail software
    • Undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the stock controllers
    • Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions
    • Carry out periodic and ad-hoc audits of physical stock at the sites, through reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business related to inventory management, accounting, logistics, etc.
    • Good analytical and organizational skills with experience in project management would definitely prove to be an advantage.
    • He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • He/she should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.
    • He/she should have a methodical approach to completing assigned work and should pay strong attention to detail

    Internal Audit Officer

    • Responsible for implementing measures to improve our operations through a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
    • Participate in the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
    • Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
    • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
    • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
    • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

    Qualifications

    • BS degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum 2 years experience in an audit role
    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
    • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    • Sound independent judgment
