    Human Resources Consultant

    Responsibilities

    • To create an aligned and empowered workforce through an enhanced focus on technology and digitalization
    • Enhancing workforce productivity and efficiency using optimization techniques.
    • Achieving high wellbeing and motivation among employees through the use of virtual engagement platforms, employee self-service, chat-boxes etc.
    • Setting up technology platforms to support HR processes in the area of talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management and retention etc.
    • Versatility in using behavioral and change management techniques towards positively impacting employee experience in the organization.

    Requirements

    • Applicant should have Post-graduate qualifications with specialization in Human Resources Management from premium business school.
    • Applicants should have minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience and preference will be given to those who have worked with multinational organizations.

    • N1,000,000 monthly.

    Vice President, Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Developing marketing plans to create brand awareness and enhance brand equity through ATL and BTL activities.
    • Monitoring Marketing related budgets and improving the quality of marketing campaigns to ensure return on investment.
    • Capable of managing multiple brands and provides strategic direction to the team for brand positioning, growth strategy, digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, media strategy, design and marketing analytics.
    • Create strategic initiatives with different product team for customer acquisition and retention.
    • Building relationships with media agencies and external stakeholders through creative PR strategies
    • Versatility in content preparation for press briefing and media articles
    • Preparation of marketing reports

    Vice President, Finance

    Responsibilities

    • Implementing internal controls in various Business units
    • Design and develop data reporting information systems for business support and operations
    • Advise management on decisions such as how to improve performance, minimize financial risk or capture new opportunities from both within the company and the external environment
    • Collaborating with Business heads on decisions pertaining to Pricing, Revenue and Margins
    • Prepare and Analyse annual operating budget in discussion with the business head.
    • Prepare, analyse and present monthly, quarterly and annual management information reports along with variance analysis.
    • Prepare monthly supply chain report in collaboration with Business Head
    • Tax planning and compliance to federal and state tax rules and regulations.
