    Human Resource Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Selection
    • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
    • Foster positive employee relations through open communication and engagement.
    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Chief Financial Officer

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting. The CFO will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning and Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and policies.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO, Finance Director).

    Dispatch Rider

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for running errands for the company on the bike and prompt time on delivery of assignments given.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an SSCE / OND from a reputable institution
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispatch Rider with good driving records.
    • Proximity to the highlighted location is an added advantage.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
