Responsibilities

• Support with recruitment
• Support with staff communication and documentation
• Act as a support staff to employee, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations
• Manage employee relations and payroll management

Requirements

• A graduate of Human Resources Management or related discipline. CIPM Certification is of added advantage with at least 3 years cognate experience in HR operations in a structured company.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision

Requirements

• A graduate of Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or in a related discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in the financial sector and in preparing and or supervising budgeting and financial forecasting
• Great leadership skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing a team
