Human Resource Assistant

Job Summary
- Are you an experienced human resource assistant with fast experience within the banking and financial sector and residing within Abuja? Then you are the one we are looking for. Hurry and Apply!!!
Responsibilities
- Support with recruitment
- Support with staff communication and documentation
- Act as a support staff to employee, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations
- Manage employee relations and payroll management
Requirements
- A graduate of Human Resources Management or related discipline. CIPM Certification is of added advantage with at least 3 years cognate experience in HR operations in a structured company.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft suite skills
