    Job Purpose

    The HR/Admin Manager will play a critical role in stabilizing and professionalizing the organization during its transition phase. The position is responsible for establishing human resource systems, administrative structures, policies, and people management frameworks that support business growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5–8 years relevant HR and administrative experience.
    • Prior experience in fast-growing, transitioning, or SME environments preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Experience setting up HR systems from scratch is a strong advantage.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM) are preferred.
    • Proximity to Tradefair, Lagos
