Community Manager Support Assistant at Univista Media

Univista Media is looking for a proactive and organized Community Manager Support Assistant to help build and manage thriving online communities. The ideal candidate will support the Community Manager in executing engagement strategies, coordinating community activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing online communities across multiple platforms.
• Support the creation of systems that drive engagement, loyalty, and meaningful conversations.
• Help plan, produce, and coordinate community-focused content and initiatives.
• Monitor community insights and analytics to support growth and engagement.
• Work closely with the Community Manager and team to align community strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide support for daily community management and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, or any related Communication discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in community management or social media management is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
• Passion for building communities and creating impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
