Probation: 1 month
Commission: 10% on qualifying sales during probation
Target: ₦500,000 in collected sales during the first month
Post-probation commission:
Salary: ₦100,000/month
Probation: 1–2 months at ₦80,000/month, subject to satisfactory performance
