The Head of Fashion Store Experience & Sales will combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, and people management to deliver a consistent premium customer experience, optimize store performance, and achieve strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead retail and sales operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Drive revenue growth across stores and emerging retail channels, including partnerships and experiential formats.
Optimize store operations, layouts, and visual merchandising for efficiency and premium customer experience.
Develop and coach high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs and supporting succession planning.
Ensure inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and strong loss-prevention measures.
Monitor compliance with brand standards and deliver insights through business reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related; Master’s preferred.
12+ years in senior retail management, preferably in premium fashion/children’s apparel.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record in revenue growth and operational excellence.
Proven leadership across multiple stores/markets and ability to drive results.
Proficiency in POS systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office.
