Head of Fashion Store Experience & Sales at Ruff n Tumble

Role Overview:

• The Head of Fashion Store Experience & Sales will combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, and people management to deliver a consistent premium customer experience, optimize store performance, and achieve strong sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead retail and sales operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Drive revenue growth across stores and emerging retail channels, including partnerships and experiential formats.
• Optimize store operations, layouts, and visual merchandising for efficiency and premium customer experience.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs and supporting succession planning.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and strong loss-prevention measures.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards and deliver insights through business reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in senior retail management, preferably in premium fashion/children’s apparel.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record in revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Proven leadership across multiple stores/markets and ability to drive results.
• Proficiency in POS systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office.
