    Graphics Designer

    Job Summary

    • You will be responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals.
    • You must be comfortable making decisions and managing your time and projects while seeing graphics development from a holistic perspective.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Creative Output:

    • Generating fresh concepts for all design projects, from conception to approval
    • Apply best practice typography techniques and take ownership of all assigned graphic designs,
    • ensuring top quality is achieved every step of the way.
    • Increase user friendliness for our product and service offerings
    • Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project.
    • Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Professionalism and Critical Thinking:

    • Works with colleagues and other project stakeholders’ to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects as necessary to ensure smooth flow of work.
    • Adhere to production schedules and workflow for the various steps in the design process for multiple concurrent projects
    • Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
    • Contributing to team efforts by participating in production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings to accomplish tasks as needed in the timeframe provided.

    Learning & Development:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools, changing trends in the field and best practices.
    • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • A Graphic Design qualification or similar.
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
    • Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Figma etc.).
    • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
    • Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills.

    Performance Management Analyst

    Description

    • Manages the Group’s Performance Management System to design, develop, implement, monitor and measure performance within the Group. Advises Senior Management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with the business objectives of the Company.
    • He/she will ensure each unit has a job profile, and develop initiatives across all sales and non-sales channels aimed at cost reduction and profit maximization for the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency
    • Responsible for the analysis of business problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions
    • Provide documentation for identified problems, definitions, and procedures for solving them
    • Responsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve operational and financial goals
    • Appraise and recommend improvements to current business programs
    • Propose new techniques and technologies to actualize business goals
    • Undertake research and collect data to better analyze outcomes
    • Responsible for developing business presentations for management as needed
    • Preparation of all Management reports and discussing same with Management
    • Regularly monitor business performance and generate performance reports to management
    • Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Minimum a B.Sc. Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics or any relevant field
    • The ideal candidate is expected to have 2 years of experience in data analysis. Professional certificates in data analysis will give an edge to interested candidates.
    • They must also understand business metric performance and target setting.

    Research skills:

    • It is crucial that they have the needed skills to undertake research and collect data to identify future trends based on past performance. This is a major part of their responsibility and is essential for influencing business decision-making.
