Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing all appealing visual contents for our organization and the other subsidiaries on all social media platforms and ensuring final layouts are ready within deadline.
• Regularly interface with other team members to understand what they want out of a design, and helping them get those ideas out in a usable and timely form.
• Responsible for reviewing a design brief to fit an idea of what is needed per time.
• Working as part of a team to create a larger design, and to complete a small portion of any project, such as perfecting a unique font.
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, various templates, advertisements, and other communication materials within timeline
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect approved specification.
• Responsible for all proper documentation and safe keeping of all deigns and materials of the company and its subsidiaries
• Responsible for assisting all specific creative responsibilities for the organization and her other subsidiaries.
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• OND qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and above all have a creative imagination.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability research and adapt to content creation trends.
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

• NCE / OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration / Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant course.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation & persuasive skills.
• Good communication, listening, writing & interpersonal skills.
• Time management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Work experience in Real Estate / Insurance brokers firm highly essential.
