Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, infographics, newsletters, educational materials, and branding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals that reflect the organization’s mission and values.
• Uphold and evolve the organization’s brand identity across all visual platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a consistent standard of excellence.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder input, ensuring effectiveness and resonance with diverse audiences.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools, integrating best practices in accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical storytelling.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on brand development, campaign planning, and engagement through design.

Key Requirements

• OND,HND/BSc in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer.
• High proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including campaigns for awareness, education, and community engagement.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create visually compelling, error-free designs.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative concepts clearly.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and branding in the context of social impact and community-focused work.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals
