Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Front Desk Officer who will assist our clients with inquiries, problems and complaints.
• The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for receiving walk-in patients payments and for balancing cash at end of shift.
• You will be familiar with the different clients prices and special offers, understand the operation of the LIS and be proficient with typing results.
• To ensure success you will be professional and pleasant in challenging situations, and take responsibility for all our clients including walk in patients.
• Preferred candidates will be positive, pro-active and be skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties on daily checklist. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
• Typing and printing of test reports
• Greet and welcome clients
• Sort and register test samples according to standard operating procedure SOP
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them accordingly
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor the dispatch riders and assign them in picking up test samples or sending out test reports
• Take up other duties as assigned (schedules, etc.).

Requirements

• B.Sc. / High School Diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or a similar position
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Available to work shifts, over weekends and on public holidays.
• Good typing skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientated.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• The candidate must be an Independent self-motivated individual, and have excellent communication skills. In this role you will have an extensive contact with referral sources, and potentially making appointments on behalf of patients at the center.
• Generating significant results in a very short period of time will be an important part of the measure of success of the individual taking on this important position.
• Develops new relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, corporate organizations, schools, restaurants to promote diagnostic services.
• Maintaining relationships with previous clients.
• Develops annual marketing plans accompanied by a budget, which details strategies, timelines, and goals
• Promotes the image and services of Brightfield Medical Diagnostics through marketing functions
• Researches and identifies trends, and establishes service direction accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

• OND / HND or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Medical marketing experience is preferred but not an absolute requirement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adept in MS Office environments; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to act independently, yet work as a part of a team.

Special Working Conditions

• This position requires local commute around the Lagos mainland and potentially the Lagos Island

Salary
N50,0000 - N80,000 monthly.
