    Cashier / Sales Assistant (Female)

    Locations: Onitsha, Anambra and Oduade - Lagos

    Role Accountabilities

    • Record daily Sales transaction.
    • Record and Disburse Petty Cash for Operation Expenses.
    • Lodge payments into Company’s Account.
    • Collect Debts from Customer and issue cash receipt.
    • Submit financial data to finance and control when required.
    • Follow up on debtors.
    • Handling customer complaints and handing them to Management.
    • Maintain healthy and safe working area/environment.
    • Manage and maintain office equipment and books.
    • Notifies and follow up old and new customers on products availability and their prices.
    • Assisting costumers in other to satisfy their needs.
    • Arranges Delivery of products to customers.
    • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer that come to that point, maintain outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field.

    HR and Admin Secretary (Female)

    Locations: (Ogidi) Anambra and (Oduade) Lagos

    Role Accountabilities

    • Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook
    • Assist staff with HR-related questions and issues and provide periodic communication on benefits and related information to employee
    • Proper Book- Keeping and Information management.
    • Coordinate all recruitment and onboarding for new employees
    • Keep information confidential and secure by recommended storage and Backups.
    • Keep up with Information system trends, policies, regulation and Legislation.
    • Perform Bank reconciliation activities on corresponding files and records.
    • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings etc.
    • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
    • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
    • Handle &prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence(e-mail,letters,packages etc.)
    • Make travel arrangements for executives.

    • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
    • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
    • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
    • Ensures cleanliness of work space and office.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field
    • At least 2 years’ experience in secretarial and HR duties.

    Stock Officer (Male)

    Locations: (Onitsha) Anambra and (Oduade) Lagos

    Role Accountabilities

    • Manage customer deliveries by processing outbound and confirming orders and deliveries as well as product returns on daily basis.
    • Monitor and give timely reports on inventory to upper management on stock levels and issues.
    • Effective management of stock in a warehouse, stock transfer and stock in the shop.
    • Participates in inbound logistics by managing post goods arrival activities.
    • Maintains Stock records, and notifies concerned staff about reorder level.
    • Analyze inventory Data to anticipate future needs.
    • Ensures that Government or market levies, rent and fees are duly paid and up to date for warehouse, shops and packing stores.
    • Handles all logistics relating to goods.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree in a relevant field with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker.
    • They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience, drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing, maintaining customer relationships, analyzes and compiles travel / tourism statistics.
    • They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

    Role Accountabilities

    • Generate, track and follow up leads to meet company and market expectations.
    • Develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales target.
    • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
    • Complete sales forecasts and product trends reports and presentations in a timely manner.
    • Work with other managers and Head of safes to achieve Organization’s Mission.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc Degree
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
    • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
    • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
