Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Operations & HR Manager to oversee all internal office operations and personnel. This role focuses on leadership, accountability, policy enforcement, and performance management across all departments.
The Operations & HR Manager acts as the owner’s representative in the office, ensuring employees understand, follow, and uphold company policies, SOPs, and performance standards. Structured training will be provided.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT)
Compensation
Training Month (First Month): ₦100,000
Post-Training Salary: ₦250,000 monthly (Basic)
