Background

• ‎We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the internal human resources function of our company while supporting key HR projects as needed.
• ‎The ideal candidate will ensure that our internal people management practices align with best practices and local labor laws, while contributing expertise to help deliver outstanding HR solutions

‎Responsibilities

• ‎Oversee the company’s recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and off boarding.
• ‎Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry’s best practices.
• ‎Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support line managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
• ‎Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• ‎Champion initiatives that foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and support retention.

‎‎Requirements

• ‎Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is highly desirable.
• ‎Minimum of 5 years experience with atleast 2 years in a supervisory role.
• ‎Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
• ‎Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• ‎Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• ‎Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Manage cash flow, credit control, and financial risk.
• Provide insights on business performance and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in accounting, financial planning/ financial analysis with at least 2 experience in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, creativity and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
