    Retail Operations Associate

    About the job

    • We're looking for a skilled Retail Operations Associate to manage the behind-the-scenes operations of our retail business.
    • As a Retail Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our website, sales, and stock management processes are running efficiently.
    • This is a non-customer facing role that requires strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Coordinate with suppliers and stockists to ensure timely and efficient inventory management
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
    • Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed

    Requirements:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Business Manager

    • We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our business operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for luxury home decor and furniture. Candidate must be a Lagos resident who is willing to relocate to Abuja.

    Responsibilities:
