    Head of Sales

    About the role

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale Termii’s sales organization globally, and across new and existing products. This role requires a proven sales leader who can drive significant revenue growth by expanding our footprint beyond Nigeria winning enterprise contracts with banks, fintechs, and logistics companies in Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, and beyond. In Nigeria, the Head of Sales will double enterprise contracts while building a world-class sales team, robust processes, and a culture of high performance and accountability.

    Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute Termii’s sales strategy to accelerate growth across multiple African markets.
    • Drive expansion beyond Nigeria by winning new contracts with banks, fintechs, logistics companies, and other enterprise clients.
    • Own and deliver revenue targets, including doubling enterprise contracts in Nigeria.

    Sales Infrastructure & Processes

    • Build and refine the sales infrastructure from onboarding, playbooks, sales methodology, to training, and reporting.
    • Create scalable sales processes, including pipelines, sales workflows, and forecasting models.
    • Track key sales metrics to identify trends, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.

    Team Leadership & Enablement

    • Hire, coach, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
    • Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, learning, and results.
    • Lead by example, stepping in to close strategic deals and support key negotiations when needed.

    Collaboration & Growth Enablement

    • Partner with Customer Success to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring smooth contract handovers.
    • Work closely with Marketing to increase customer acquisition and improve lead conversion.
    • Provide input on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to strengthen Termii’s value proposition.

    Sales Content & Resources

    • Create and refine sales content, including sales scripts, proposals, presentations, and demo materials.
    • Establish projections, quotas, and incentive structures aligned with growth objectives.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing sales teams in enterprise SaaS, CPaaS, or B2B technology companies.
    • Proven track record of driving expansion into multiple African markets (Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, etc.).
    • Strong experience in closing enterprise contracts, particularly with banks, fintechs, and logistics companies.
    • Deep understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal negotiation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a hands-on approach to sales execution.
    • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements.

    Head of Marketing

    • We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead Termii’s global marketing strategy, elevate our brand presence, and drive measurable business growth.
    • This role will be pivotal in positioning Termii as a market leader, generating high-quality leads, and supporting our expansion into new markets.
    • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and revenue generation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a bold, differentiated brand strategy that positions Termii as the top CPaaS partner in Africa and beyond.
    • Oversee all external communications, PR, and thought leadership initiatives to boost visibility in target markets.

    Growth & Demand Generation:

    • Partner closely with the Sales team to define and deliver on success metrics for lead generation and pipeline growth.
    • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) that attract and convert high-value prospects.

    Market Expansion:

    • Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and industries, and craft tailored go-to-market strategies.
    • Localize marketing approaches for new markets while maintaining Termii’s global brand voice.

    Team & Budget Management:

    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.

    Data & Insights:

    • Establish performance dashboards to track, analyze, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
    • Use market intelligence to inform product positioning and sales enablement.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or technology sectors.
    • Proven track record of building brands and delivering measurable lead generation outcomes.
    • Strong experience in supporting B2B sales teams and aligning marketing to revenue goals.
    • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in new market entry and global expansion strategies is a plus.
    • Data-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Social Media Associate

    Role Summary:

    • We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Associate to bring Termii’s brand story to life across all digital platforms.
    • You’ll be the voice behind our social presence, crafting engaging content, building meaningful online communities, and driving conversations that strengthen our brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with content formats, understands platform algorithms, and is passionate about creating scroll-stopping moments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management

    • Manage Termii’s social media accounts (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) — including planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
    • Develop and execute a social media calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
    • Respond promptly to comments, mentions, and direct messages to foster community engagement.
    • Monitor and report on social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitive activities to guide content strategy.

    Social Media Content Creation & Curation

    • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand social content, including captions, short-form videos, graphics, and stories.
    • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external vendors to produce multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Repurpose blog posts, customer stories, and campaign materials into social-first formats.

    Analytics & Optimization

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
    • Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across channels
    • Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Experiment with new content types, formats, and posting times to maximize engagement.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
    • 2+ years of social media management experience (internship experience counts).
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics dashboards.
    • Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
    • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
