    Chief Medical Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • The Chief Medical Officer will provide strategic and clinical leadership, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality care, and regulatory compliance.
    • The role oversees staff, drives continuous improvement, manages resources, and serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, hospital administration, and external stakeholders.
    • Lead and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
    • Shape and implement hospital strategy, policies, and clinical governance.
    • Oversee clinical operations, resource management, and budget planning.
    • Champion patient safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Proven expertise in hospital management, public health, and stakeholder engagement.
