The Chief Financial Officer will be the strategic steward of the hospital’s financial health, guiding fiscal planning, risk management, and sustainable growth.
This role is central to ensuring the hospital’s resources are managed with integrity and transparency.
Lead the design and execution of robust financial strategies and controls.
Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and donor requirements.
Manage revenue cycles, billing, and reimbursement processes.
Advise the executive team on financial planning, investments, and risk mitigation.
Build strong relationships with government agencies, donors, and financial institutions.
Develop and mentor the finance team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) required.
MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
At least 12 years’ experience in financial management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in healthcare.
Proven expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
