Key Responsibilities

• The People Experience Director will shape the hospital’s culture, driving initiatives that attract, engage, and develop exceptional talent.
• This leader will ensure the hospital is a workplace of choice, where staff are empowered to deliver their best.
• Design and implement people-centric strategies that align with the hospital’s vision and values.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to build high-performing teams.
• Drive programs for employee engagement, recognition, and leadership development.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee organizational development, change management, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Advise senior leadership on all aspects of people management and organizational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM) required.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in HR or people management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
• Track record of success in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
