The Chief Operations Officer will orchestrate the hospital’s operational framework, ensuring that all non-clinical services run smoothly and efficiently.
This role will drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and support the hospital’s mission of delivering outstanding patient experiences.
Oversee daily operations, including facilities management, logistics, and support services.
Develop and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Lead procurement, supply chain, and vendor relations to ensure seamless hospital functioning.
Implement systems for monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient flow and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Represent the hospital in operational matters with government and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an asset.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in process optimisation, resource management, and team leadership.
