    Architect

    Job Summary

    The Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and supervising construction and facility development projects to ensure functionality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

    Job Description

    • Develop architectural designs and building plans
    • Prepare drawings, layouts, and project specifications
    • Ensure designs comply with building regulations and safety standards
    • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
    • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
    • Review construction quality and adherence to approved designs
    • Assist in project planning and budgeting
    • Recommend sustainable and cost-effective design solutions

    Requirements

    • Strong design and planning skills
    • Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
    • Knowledge of construction standards and regulations
    • Good communication and project coordination skills
    • Attention to detail and creativity

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
    • Professional registration/licensing is an advantage

    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary

    The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for project cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, procurement support, and financial management of construction and infrastructure projects.

    Job Description

    • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor project costs, expenditures, and financial performance.
    • Evaluate contractor quotations, tenders, and pricing submissions.
    • Administer construction contracts and procurement documentation.
    • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and budget optimization exercises.
    • Support procurement processes and vendor evaluations.
    • Monitor contract compliance and identify financial risks.
    • Ensure projects remain within approved budgets and financial limits.

    Requirements

    • Strong numerical, analytical, and financial management skills.
    • Good understanding of construction costing, procurement, and contract administration.
    • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
    • Good negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • Knowledge of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
    • Professional certification or membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, project costing, or construction cost management.
    • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, agro-processing, or infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of standard construction contracts and BOQ preparation is required.
    • Familiarity with FIDIC or related contract frameworks is an added advantage.

    Civill Engineer

    Job Summary

    The Civil Engineer shall be responsible for the planning, design, supervision and maintenance of civil and structural works relating to industrial facilities, infrastructure, and development projects.

    Job Description

    • Design and supervise the construction of roads, drainage systems, foundations, utilities, and industrial structures to ensure compliance with approved designs and engineering standards.
    • Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and project specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and quality assurance checks.
    • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams during project execution.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    • Review and approve construction materials and workmanship standards.
    • Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers on integrated projects.

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Sound knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.
    • Good project management and contractor coordination ability.
    • Proficiency in engineering software and design tools.
    • Strong understanding of construction safety and quality assurance standards.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • COREN registration is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
    • Experience in industrial plants, agro-processing facilities, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software is required.
