    Chief Finance Officer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • The Chief Finance Officer is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting sustainable value creation in the company’s operations.
    • The role encompasses oversight of financial planning, capital investment, risk management, joint venture accounting, and fiscal compliance.
    • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the upstream business strategy.
    • Drive long-term financial planning aligned with reserve replacement, production targets, and capital efficiency.
    • Identify and manage financial and operational risks specific to upstream activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Minimum of 25 years’ experience in oilfield services, with at least 8 years in executive leadership.
    • Familiarity with upstream oil and gas operations, including exploration, production, reservoir and rig management, is advantageous.
    • Proven track record of senior leadership experience in finance, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and corporate finance.

    Senior Production Technologist

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • This role provides advanced technical expertise in well performance optimization, production system design, and field development support to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
    • Monitor and analyze well and field performance, implementing corrective actions to optimize production rates and minimize downtime.
    • Use advanced techniques such as nodal analysis, decline curve analysis, and pressure transient testing to optimize Well performance and enhance reservoir recovery.
    • Assess well data to monitor reservoir health, identify production trends, and develop future production forecasts.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Related Technical Disciplines. A Master’s degree in a related technical field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas production, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
    • Extensive knowledge of production technologies, well construction, reservoir engineering, and completion techniques.
    • Expertise in well testing, performance analysis, and production optimization methods.
    • Strong understanding of reservoir dynamics, including fluid flow, pressure behavior, and enhanced oil recovery techniques.
    • Proficient in using production software such as KAPPA, Petra, or similar reservoir simulation and production analysis tools.

    Senior Reservoir Engineer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • The role provides the linkage and understanding of reservoir management, production optimization and initiatives within the subsurface and the surface production disciplines to understand the happenings down-hole and its relation to surface Well behavior.
    • Lead the reservoir management and Production Data Management for the Petroleum Engineering Department and Champion Hydrocarbon Accounting Implementation / Reconciliations
    • Deliver reservoir simulation, forecasting, dynamic modelling and overall reservoir management within the company’s assets by working with the geomodeller and production geologist
    • Deliver well & completions designs for all wells, Production optimization and multi‐discipline projects in accordance with World Class Hydrocarbon Maturation and Well Delivery and Intervention projects in accordance with World Class Hydrocarbon Maturation and Well Delivery and Intervention Processes, and the deliverables set by client requirements to optimize Oil & Gas recovery.
    • Significantly contribute to/ lead the delivery of quality reservoir development studies, field development plan (FDP), the Identification of production improvement opportunities and production optimization studies in conjunction with reservoir engineers, Petro-physicists and production geologists.
    • Well surveillance - Well Performance monitoring, Monitoring and follow-up/resolution of Production deferment issues, Bean-up candidates identification/ follow-up for execution.
    • Well Performance Review: Identification of wells for Coil Tubing re-entry and Rig re-entry for repairs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering / Related Technical Disciplines
    • Minimum of 15-years' core experience in Production Technology / Engineering
    • Strong working knowledge of IPM-GAP, Prosper, OFM and SAPHIR
    • Skill sets in Well surveillance, Nodal Analyses, Inflow and outflow performances
    • Conceptual Completion Design, understanding of a completions design and their services interfaces
    • Coil Tubing/ Slickline Operations and E-line Operations
    • Production Optimization and Well Head Maintenance

    Reservoir Engineer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Plans and directs all aspects of reservoir engineering/field studies regarding the identification, evaluation, and development of oil and gas reserves.
    • Oversee the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects. Being a reservoir engineering manager ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
    • Leads activities to optimize producing assets from a reservoir perspective leading to improved recovery, increase production and reserves addition.
    • Develop reservoir performance prediction and prepare estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volume.
    • Review surveillance, analysis, dynamic models and provide direction on subsurface engineering required for proper reservoir management of assets
    • Quantifies risk and uncertainty and to understand the impact on production forecasts and decisions

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant Engineering Degree. A master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering and Engineering Operations in the oil industry with an operator with a track record in Reservoir Engineering Management.
    • Must have a good knowledge of technical practices and principles of reservoir engineering including but not limited to reservoir performance analysis, field optimization, development planning, economic evaluation, production forecasting and reserves evaluation.
    • Must be able to contribute to technical knowledge in form of technical paper presentations at conferences.
    • Ability to support/update company-wide standard reservoir management practices.

    Lead Design Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Experience in Electrical Engineering design activities (FEED, Material Take (MTO), Functional design Specification, Load list calculations, Cable sizes, Cable schedules, UPS Power Distribution Systems, Safety Mechanical Interlocks, Single Line Diagrams, and Technical Bid review).
    • Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, including circuit design, power systems, and control systems.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Experience with industry-standard software and tools, such as CAD, CAE, and simulation software.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification.
    • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, such as OSHA and NFPA.
    • Experience with electrical engineering software, such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or Siemens NX.
