Qualifications And Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in Electrical Engineering design activities (FEED, Material Take (MTO), Functional design Specification, Load list calculations, Cable sizes, Cable schedules, UPS Power Distribution Systems, Safety Mechanical Interlocks, Single Line Diagrams, and Technical Bid review).
Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, including circuit design, power systems, and control systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with industry-standard software and tools, such as CAD, CAE, and simulation software.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, such as OSHA and NFPA.
Experience with electrical engineering software, such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or Siemens NX.
