Job Summary:

We are looking for a of a reliable Inventory Officer to join our Nail Bar. The ideal candidate should reside in nearby areas and be ready to take on responsibilities with dedication. Key duties include responsible for managing, receiving and dispatching goods, and tracking and maintaining stock levels and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue goods 
• Fulfill purchase orders 
• Record and track stock levels 
• Monitor distribution of stocks / goods
•  Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems 
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records 
•  Draw up inventories 
•  Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders 
• Undertake annual stock takes

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. or HND in Degree.
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role 
• Knowledge of inventory systems. 
• Basic clerical and numeracy skills 
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Planning and time management skills 
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. 
• Good verbal and written skills. 
• Basic computer knowledge 
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Normal working hour.
• Good inter-personal relationship.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hospitality environment, communicate with others, effectively and accept constructive criticism from supervisors. You may be required to stand for long periods of time when checking stock.

Salary: 180,000 Monthly

Job Description

• We\'re seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to work with our partner, primarily Bolt, and other small business partners.
• You\'ll be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers while providing excellent customer service, with a primary focus on delivering services through Bolt and other partner companies as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Bolt to carry out daily assigned tasks.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while on duty.
• Ensure proper handling and care of company property (bike, uniform, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

• Stay within Gwarimpa and environs.
