Finance Officer at Atuspay

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Officer to support daily financial operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in maintaining financial integrity across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting compliance with internal financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Record and manage daily financial transactions.
• Handle payment processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Monitor company income, expenses, and cash flow.
• Support wallet funding, settlements, and reconciliations.

Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Support audits and internal financial reviews.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards.
• Assist in detecting and resolving discrepancies or irregularities.

Support Functions

• Work closely with operations and compliance teams.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide financial data for management decision-making.
