Responsibilities

• Teaching specialized subject (s) to students in designated classes.
• Attending to all assigned classes regularly and punctually.
• Conducting class tests, periodic tests, practical/projects, homework, etc., on a regular basis and marking all exercise books while proper records are obtained by students are kept as continuous assessment.
• Involvement in the conduct of afternoon session classes for students at designated times on the timetable.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., NCE qualification in Science-related fields from reputable institutions.
• Must possess at least 1 year of cognate experience teaching a specialized subject.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience working as a Science teacher in a Primary school setting.
• Sound understanding of the Primary school Science curriculum.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
• Ensure submission of reports and documentation
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and evets.
• Assist with staff attendance records
• Maintain updated staff & student files.
