Operations Officer / Manager at Career Pool International

As a Collateral Management Company, we act as an independent third party between the Bank and the borrowing company. Our responsibility is to independently monitor and report on stock that has been financed or pledged as collateral to the Bank.

Our Operations Officers are responsible for managing and overseeing operations within their assigned locations and ensuring that the required operational and reporting standards are maintained.

The Operations Officer oversees the Inventory Officers within their assigned locations, reviews their reports, conducts regular and impromptu checks, follows up on discrepancies, and ensures that operations are carried out in line with Company and Bank requirements.
