Job Summary

• You’ll manage and generate new business opportunities for our new Buy Now, Pay Later business (BNPL). You will be tasked with building and cultivating relationships with the customers and ensuring all loans are repaid in full.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing a pipeline of BUY NOW PAY LATER (BNPL) business.
• Identifying and targeting business, communicating the business value, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Registration using the company customer APP to update customer details on the App.
• Compulsory KYC must be done which is a priority.
• Compulsory daily visit to customers.
• Update customer details on the APP, before disbursement and follow up with customers with recovery.
• Leads generation.
• Other tasks to be performed as given.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of Second Class Lower of a Bachelor's Degree (Upper Credit for Polytechnic) in any discipline.
• Above average use and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical, deductive and inquisitive.
• Good command of the English Language and ability to adapt to customer’s conversation level.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Innovative and problem-solving mindset.
