    Sales and Showroom Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales & Showroom Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage showroom operations.
    • The Sales & Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers, delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, monitoring sales performance, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the showroom is well maintained and visually appealing.
    • The role reports directly to the Managing Director.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth and ensure targets are met or exceeded
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare reports
    • Develop relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and showroom team
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually attractive
    • Oversee inventory, stock levels, and product displays
    • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
    • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and follow-up on sales leads
    • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and after-sales service.

    Key Performance Expectations

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Ensure timely reports and effective engagement of sales leads
    • Maintain excellent customer service and quick response to enquiries
    • Ensure showroom standards, stock availability, and quality control
    • Ensure accurate order processing and client satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage)
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in furniture manufacturing, retail, or interior design
    • Proven leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems
    • Knowledge of furniture and interior design trends
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays when required.

    Raw Material Store Intern

    Job Summary

    • DO.II Designs Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Raw Material Store Intern to support the Raw Material Store Supervisor in managing inventory, organizing materials, and maintaining accurate store records.
    • This role offers valuable hands-on experience in inventory control and store operations within a furniture manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting raw materials such as wood, fabrics, foam, and hardware.
    • Support proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of materials.
    • Assist in issuing materials to production based on approved requisitions.
    • Maintain and update stock records, registers, and inventory systems.
    • Participate in stock counts and inventory verification.
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
    • Support the Store Supervisor with daily operational and administrative tasks.

    Requirements

    • OND, HND, or currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
    • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage).
    • Ability to work effectively in a team.

    Delivery Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Assistant to support our logistics and delivery operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in loading and offloading goods.
    • Support safe and timely delivery of products to customers.
    • Ensure delivered items are properly handled and accounted for.
    • Assist the driver with route coordination and documentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles when required.

    Requirements
