We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building scalable, data-driven financial technology products for emerging markets. Requirements
3+ years of engineering management experience in a tech or high-growth product environment.
5+ years of prior experience as a software engineer.
Experience managing performance reviews and delivery timelines.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
