Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building scalable, data-driven financial technology products for emerging markets. The role combines people leadership, hands-on technical contribution, and strategic ownership of product and platform initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in a tech or high-growth product environment.
• 5+ years of prior experience as a software engineer.
• Experience managing performance reviews and delivery timelines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
