    Engine Operations Team Lead

    Description

    • Lead and supervise the engine room team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
    • Plan and oversee maintenance of engines, generators, pumps, and related mechanical/electrical systems in accordance with schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
    • Monitor engine performance and operating parameters, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including pollution prevention and emission control standards.
    • Train and mentor engine room personnel to maintain high technical competence and operational discipline.
    • Maintain accurate records of engine operations, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory for reporting to management.

    Job Requirements

    • 7 - 10 years experience in the field or related field
    • Minimum of class 3 COC/OOW in Marine Engineering
    • FSO/FPSO experience

    Cargo Operator

    Description

    • Execute loading, unloading, and securing of cargo on vessels or offshore platforms according to approved plans and safety standards.
    • Operate cargo handling equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and winches safely and efficiently.
    • Handle and store hazardous materials in compliance with IMDG Code and company procedures.
    • Inspect and maintain cargo handling tools, lifting gear, and storage areas to ensure operational readiness.
    • Follow safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks, drills, and hazard reporting.

    Marine / Cargo Supervisor

    Description

    • Plan and oversee the safe and efficient loading, unloading, securing, and storage of cargo on vessels and offshore platforms.
    • Coordinate marine logistics with vessel crews, rig personnel, and shore-based teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, IMDG Code, and maritime/port authority requirements during all cargo operations.
    • Inspect and maintain cargo handling equipment, lifting gear, and storage facilities in safe working condition.

    Assistant Pump Man

    Description

    • Assist in operating and monitoring pumps, pipelines, and cargo transfer systems during loading and discharging operations.
    • Support routine maintenance of pumps, valves, hoses, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and flow rates, reporting abnormalities to the Pumpman or supervisor.
    • Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous liquids and during pumping operations in compliance with regulations.
    • Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and testing pumping systems and associated equipment.
    • Record operational data and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate logs are kept for reporting.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of WASC/O-Level
    • Able Seaman Certificate

    Crane Operator

    Description

    • Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position cargo, equipment, and materials on vessels, platforms, or shore bases.
    • Conduct pre-use inspections of cranes, lifting gear, and rigging equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
    • Follow load charts and lifting plans to execute operations within safe working limits.
    • Coordinate with signalmen and deck crew to ensure clear communication and safe cargo handling.
    • Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures, including compliance with lifting operations standards (e.g., LOLER)
    • Report equipment defects and assist in routine crane maintenance to maintain operational readiness.

    Job Requirements

    • 7 - 10 years of dynamic crane experience.
