    Driver

    Description
    A vacancy exists for a Driver reporting to the Distribution Supervisor whose job scope shall be:
    Key Areas of Responsibilities:

    • Loading the truck, including gathering invoices/delivery notes, calculating product delivery totals for picking and receiving security clearance
    • Delivering the products, including offloading/decanting the products, obtaining customer signatures, noting complaints and loading products/equipment to be returned
    • Maintaining the truck, including cleaning and checking the vehicle and reporting problems or accidents
    • Ensure all isolation valves are shut off; vehicles are locked when not in use
    • Accounting on a daily basis for vehicle movement and usage
    • Assist in record keeping and of the vehicle in terms of diesel consumption, servicing and utilization.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • OND will be an added advantage
    • Valid national driver's license (G class) with excellent driving skills
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant driving experience.
    • Must be literate and numerate (minimum SSCE/WASC)
    • 30 - 35 years
    • Good and extensive knowledge of the road network to major Nigerian cities.

    Branch Sales Manager (BSM)

    Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented, and proactive Branch Sales Manager (BSM) to lead and drive commercial performance at the branch level.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, managing customer relationships, developing market opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with company objectives.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Oversee branch sales operations to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
    • Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure sustained patronage and satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while reactivating dormant accounts.
    • Drive debt recovery initiatives and ensure proper documentation of all collections.
    • Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the branch sales team to enhance performance and accountability.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
    • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
    • Representing the company in local engagements, promoting brand visibility and customer loyalty

    Qualifications and Experience

    • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline with 5–8 years relevant post-NYSC experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role with a proven track record in sales, business development, and customer service will be an added advantage.
    • A master’s degree (MBA/Marketing/Engineering) will be an added advantage.
    • Ages 30–40 years, with readiness to work in any part of Nigeria.
    • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
    • Strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office applications and possess a valid driver’s
