    Dispatch Rider

    Description

    • The Dispatch Rider is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, documents, and items from the retail supermarket to various destinations.
    • The role ensures excellent customer service, safe handling of goods, adherence to traffic regulations, and proper maintenance of the dispatch motorcycle.

    Key Responsibilities
    Delivery & Customer Service:

    • Deliver customer orders promptly and accurately to designated locations.
    • Ensure delivered items are handled with care to avoid damage.
    • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
    • Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers as required.

    Order Handling & Documentation:

    • Review delivery instructions and confirm addresses before setting out.
    • Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit them daily.
    • Ensure proper documentation of goods before and after delivery.

    Vehicle Care & Safety:

    • Conduct daily checks on the motorcycle (fuel, brakes, lights, tyres, oil, etc.).
    • Report any faults, accidents, or required repairs promptly.
    • Ensure the motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition.
    • Strictly adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.

    Store Support:

    • Assist the store or warehouse team with packing, sorting, or moving items when not on delivery.
    • Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / WAEC certificate.
    • Valid rider’s license (compulsory).
    • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a dispatch rider, preferably in retail or logistics.
    • Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
    • Familiarity with routes within the city or coverage area.
    • Ability to communicate clearly in English.
    • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Honest, reliable, and punctual.

    Cook

    Job Description

    • The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals in accordance with established standards and recipes.
    • The role ensures food safety, kitchen hygiene, and efficient meal production while maintaining high quality and consistency.

    Key Responsibilities
    Food Preparation & Cooking:

    • Prepare and cook meals according to menu, recipes, and company standards.
    • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly measured, and prepared.
    • Assist with menu planning and portion control.
    • Ensure meals are served at the correct temperature and quality.

    Kitchen Hygiene & Safety:

    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
    • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO method).
    • Report any equipment faults or safety hazards immediately.

    Inventory & Stock Management:

    • Check stock levels and notify the supervisor of shortages.
    • Assist with receiving and inspecting food supplies.
    • Minimize food waste through proper planning and handling.

    Team Support & Coordination:

    • Work closely with kitchen assistants, cleaners, and other staff.
    • Support meal service during busy periods.
    • Assist in training junior or new kitchen staff as needed.

    Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Record meal counts, food usage, and other kitchen-related information as required.
    • Follow all company policies and operational procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 8 years work experience.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.

    Fashion Sales Manager

    Summary

    • The Fashion Floor Manager oversees the daily operations of the fashion department, ensuring excellent customer service, proper merchandising, staff supervision, and achievement of sales targets.
    • The role ensures that the fashion floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked while maintaining high retail standards and driving customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
    Floor Operations & Merchandising:

    • Ensure the fashion floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
    • Monitor product displays, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Coordinate with the merchandising team to implement seasonal layouts, promotions, and new arrivals.
    • Ensure price tags, signage, and labels are accurate and up-to-date.

    Customer Service & Sales:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff do the same.
    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Monitor customer traffic and adjust staffing as needed for efficiency.

    Staff Supervision & Performance Management:

    • Supervise sales associates, cashiers, and fashion floor attendants.
    • Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance.
    • Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve staff performance.
    • Ensure staff adhere to company policies, dress code, and service standards.

    Inventory & Stock Management:

    • Oversee stock-taking, inventory control, and shrinkage prevention.
    • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management.
    • Ensure damaged or defective items are recorded and removed from the floor promptly.
    • Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock needs.

    Reporting & Compliance:

    • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, customer trends, and stock movement.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards on the floor.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
