Job Description and Responsibilities
Successful candidate must share the Corporate Vision of the Hospital and shall be:

• The Secretary to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital Board of Management
• Responsible to the Chief Medical Director for the day to-day administrative work of the Hospital.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the Chief Medical Director or the Board of Management of the Hospital from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Arts, Social Science or Humanities or any other equivalent Degree from a recognized University
• Candidate must have up to twenty (20) years post-qualification cognate experience preferably in a Teaching or Specialist Hospital)
• Membership of the IHSAN or any other relevant professional body will be an added advantage
• Possession of a related Master's degree, Ph.D. Diploma/Certificate in Hospital Management or any relevant professional area will also be an added advantage. 
• Candidate below the post of Deputy Director (CONHESS 14) or its equivalent need not apply.

Conditions of Service and Remuneration

• The post is Pensionable and successful candidate shall be subject to the conditions of service and remunerations as obtainable in other Federal Tertiary Hospitals/Public Service in Nigeria.

Job Summary

The External Auditor will audit the financial accounts of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City.

Requirements

Prospective firm of Auditors should forward the following:

• Detailed profile of the firm
• Evidence of tax clearance certificate of the Principal Partner
• Practicing license of the Principal Partner
• Evidence of registration of firm with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of current registration with the Auditor General of the Federation
• VAT registration and evidence of payment
• Evidence of past performances.

Fees: All professional fees and cost of auditing are subject to negotiation.
