    Data Entry Officer, NYSC Intern

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Officer to support our healthcare operations in Ibadan.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across our systems to support inventory, clinical, and administrative reporting needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter and update data into spreadsheets, inventory tools, and healthcare systems with a high level of accuracy.
    • Identify and correct data inconsistencies, ensuring clean and organized records.
    • Collaborate with inventory, procurement, and admin teams to collect and input required data.
    • Assist in generating reports for operational analysis and team review.
    • Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information in line with organizational policies.
    • Support administrative documentation, filing, and digital archiving.

    Qualifications

    • OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or admin support, preferably in a healthcare or NGO setting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data management tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail, fast typing skills, and organizational ability.

    Pharmacist

    Description

    • We are hiring passionate and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Lagos.
    • This role is essential to ensuring the safe, efficient, and ethical delivery of pharmaceutical care within our facility.
    • As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
    • Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions.
    • Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
    • Monitor inventory and manage stock levels, expiries, and storage compliance.

    Requirements

    • B.Pharm or PharmD from a recognized institution.
    • Valid license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

    • Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory and dispensing software is an added advantage.
