    Job Summary

    • Responsible for ensuring that plant heavy equipment are in safe operating condition by conducting routine maintenance and scheduling needed repairs.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • To carry out all types of repairs (emergency/running) and daily/periodic preventive maintenance of various make & types of heavy duty equipment , utilities, plants/vehicles in accordance with manufacturer’s guidance/recommendation and safe operating procedures to ensure optimum utilization and availability.
    • To ensure proper housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
    • To give adequate on- the- job training to junior technician/helpers in order to develop them professionally.
    • To always ensure safety in using material handling equipment, tools etc.

    Management Accountant

    Job Summary

    • Manage and coordinate budgeting and management reporting procedures at the plant and ensure availability of up-to-date and accurate information on budgeted and actual financial activities, to support informed decision-making by management.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Circulate the annual business planning guidelines/ assumptions and provide guidance to budget holders during the planning process the plant.
    • Oversee collation of budget inputs across the plant and prepare consolidated annual budget for the plant.
    • Monitor approved budget allocations by obtaining information on revenue and expenditure, and reporting variances on a monthly basis.
    • Drive periodic budget forecasting and recommend budget review as required.
    • Develop periodic and other ad hoc budget reports, forecasts and analysis.

    • Allocate costs for central or joint expenditure to relevant cost centres in line with DCP’s cost allocation policies.
    • Proffer relevant recommendations to the Head, Plant Finance on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions at the plant.
    • Provide Plant Management with complete, valid, accurate and timely reports for effective decision making.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head, Plant Finance.

    Requirements

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related discipline.
    • Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
    • Minimum of ten (10) years progressive HR work experience.

    IT Risk Specialis

    The IT Risk Specialist at Dangote Cement Plc will lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology and cybersecurity risks across cement production plants and corporate operations. This role ensures that IT systems supporting manufacturing, logistics, and enterprise functions are secure, resilient, and aligned with the Group’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct objective, fact-based risk assessments on new and existing systems and share findings with all stakeholders within the information system.
    • Managing the IT Risk environment, including related policies, standards, and processes.
    • Manage the risk portfolio to include linking risk to controls, coordinating control owners to conduct RSCAs, and appropriately documenting control statements.
    • Understand and provide advice on managing cybersecurity risks; collaborate with other IT professionals as needed to address new emerging threats.
    • Manage the self-identified issue process; acceptance of issues; tracking SIIs and audit issues to closure.
    • Develop and implement a cybersecurity defence strategy, including business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
    • Identify threats and conduct risk assessments to address cybersecurity risks.
    • Work with the team to improve the security posture of the business and reduce its risk profile.
    • Conduct on-site security assessments to measure the effectiveness of the third party's current control environment.
    • Knowledge and experience in information security standards. (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP Top 10, Security Essentials)
    • Maintain close working relationships with appropriate teams across and outside of IT.
    • Work closely with all areas to ensure clear risk visibility with all IT staff.
    • Provide Continuous Control Monitoring through Key Risk Indicators, providing challenges to KRIs.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Store Officer (Granite Mines Ijebu-Igbo Ogun State)

    JOB SUMMARY 

    The Store Officer supports the Head of Store in managing day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring timely posting of transactions in SAP, monitoring consumables and spares availability, and assisting in compliance with audit and operational requirements.     Fuel & Logistics Monitoring

    • Record daily A.G.O/Diesel issuance and usage, ensuring alignment with operational reports.
    • Support logistics coordination for timely movement of goods from operations to dispatch.

    Calibration & Controls

    • Track calibration schedules for flow meters and weighbridges, ensuring timely compliance.
    • Verify alignment of recorded consumables and finished stock against physical measures.

    Cost & Process Support
