We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Officer to support our healthcare operations in Ibadan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across our systems to support inventory, clinical, and administrative reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into spreadsheets, inventory tools, and healthcare systems with a high level of accuracy.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies, ensuring clean and organized records.
Collaborate with inventory, procurement, and admin teams to collect and input required data.
Assist in generating reports for operational analysis and team review.
Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information in line with organizational policies.
Support administrative documentation, filing, and digital archiving.
Qualifications
OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in data entry or admin support, preferably in a healthcare or NGO setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data management tools.
Excellent attention to detail, fast typing skills, and organizational ability.
Professionalism in handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
